nn_garages provides a comprehensive system for player-owned garages on your FiveM server. Common questions

Who can create new garages, and how do I change it?

By default the Real Estate job creates garages, but you can reassign any job or role in config.lua to control who has access to the creator menu.

What garage types, capacities and upgrades are available?

Choose Small, Premium or Luxury sizes—each with preset vehicle capacity limits. Owners can add upgrades like secure stash storage, CCTV cameras, auto-repair and custom color/style tints, all managed through the garage’s intuitive UI.

Can I use nn_interaction?

Yes, it works perfectly with our nn_interaction giving a more beautiful look to the script.
