Can I create multi-unit lockers and control who can make storages?

Absolutely. Define the number of compartments per locker in the Creator Menu, and in config.lua specify which jobs or roles are allowed to open the Creator.

Is it suited for both legal and criminal organizations?

Absolutely. With private Safe Boxes, job-specific Lockers and discreet Containers each with PIN or key access,. nn_storage adapts perfectly to personal, official or underground storage needs.
